Warrant issued against Anjali by Madras High Court

The Chennai Court issued a warrant against actress Anjali on September 12. The warrant was issued as the actress was not present in the court even after receiving summons from the court. The warrant was issued by XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Rajalakshmi, in which she asked the actress to be present in the court. 

Anjali had filed a case against a director complaining of harassment. The director reverted by filing a defamation case saying that the allegations were false.
